Our aim is to offer you quality contracts and legal documents in English and/ or Thai script at a fair price. We hope that you will be pleased with the documents you receive. Should there be any aspect of our online document service with which you are unhappy, please raise your concern to us and we will do our best to find a solution. If, for any valid reason, you are not satisfied with the legal document that is provided to you (e.g. if it contains mistakes or any omissions) and you request a refund a full refund less 10% transaction fees will be provided for you, as long as you request such a refund no longer than seven days after you have received the document. Our standard contracts and documents will be provided 'as is' in English and if necessary in Thai.
