Legal support and advice by a Thai lawyer online

Instead of hiring a traditional law firm we can give you legal support and help you handle your Thai legal issues online without the inconvenience of visiting a Thai lawyer at his office in Thailand. Obtain professional legal advice from a Thai lawyer in English by e-mail at costs lower than offered by virtually all traditional law offices in Thailand. It is possible to submit questions about business, real estate or family matters in Thailand, or to submit a legal document for translation or have it reviewed by a qualified English speaking Thai lawyer.

but_2    Personalized and customized Thai-English contracts

We draw up personalized Thai-English contracts for real estate, business or your private situation in Thailand. We have the necessary experience and knowledge to deliver reliable customized documents and professional legal advice in Thailand (since 2007) and to draw up quality contracts without the need for an in-office meeting.

Step 1: Potential clients answer a few simple questions that are intended to cover the issues typically canvassed in the first 30 minutes of an initial, in-office consultation.
Step 2:We follow up with the relevant questions under Thai law to prepare the draft document which would be the most suitable for the specific case. Documents will be prepared within 3 to 5 business days.
Step 3:  After your review of the draft document we prepare the final documents. The documents will be sent in a word processing format by e-mail, as a word document or pdf file, or by registered mail.
The basic principle in Thai law (section 14 of the Civil and Commercial Code) is that the Thai version of the agreement shall govern if it is not possible to ascertain which language was intended to govern. A contract in another language can prevail and is legally binding, provided this is agreed and the contract is not in conflict with Thai law. None of the parties to a contract should sign a contract if they do not understand the prevailing language unless they are certain that the person explaining the content is qualified to advice under Thai law and independent with no personal interest from signing of the agreement.
